After seeing firsthand how improper financing and structuring can create costly challenges for Canadians investing in the U.S., they created Cross Border Capital Partners to provide clarity, guidance, and access to the right lending relationships.

Having invested and worked with investors on both sides of the border, the firm focuses on helping Canadians approach U.S. real estate financing with greater preparation, confidence, and the right strategy from the outset.

Having invested and operated across North America, Thomas has firsthand experience navigating the challenges Canadians face when financing U.S. real estate.

Through Cross Border Capital Partners, he works with investors to help them understand financing options, avoid structuring mistakes, and access the lending relationships needed to move forward with confidence.

At Cross Border Capital Partners, Brad works closely with investors to help them navigate financing options, structure loans appropriately, and access lending solutions aligned with their investment goals.

His focus is on helping Canadians secure the right financing so they can invest in U.S. real estate with clarity and confidence.
